Once a person gave me a piece of advice that I have never forgotten: do not run after someone who already knows where you are, not even for a moral need. When I asked why I had to behave in such a radical way, what they replied made me open my eyes at different times in my life.
In the first place, they told me: “don't chase anyone, not even yourself, because nobody needs someone behind them, if anything next to them”. Then: "if he no longer gives you anything, let him go and if he still has something to offer in your daily life, there will be no need to beg him".
Later we will talk about what happens when we look for someone who is not us, without having feedback, but if instead we run right after ourselves.? What happen? It sounds strange, but it can happen. Many times we feel better when we run away from what is happening to us or let it all run away from us.
