The habits and activities with which we start the day can affect our motivation and productivity. We present to you one of the methods that are having the most success.

Many people would like to feel more productive and more motivated. There are some who would like to start a project and carry out others; other people would like to improve and take care of their personal growth, but they feel they have no time to do so. What if we told you that the secret to success lies in your morning routine?
This is what Hal Elrod hypothesized in his book The Miracle Morning: transform your life one morning at a time before 8. Many of us get up at the last minute and start the day automatically, without any awareness. Overcoming laziness and lack of motivation to carry out our duties in the morning already seems like a rather difficult task in itself.
In short, our mornings are tiring and chaotic. And yet, according to this method just get up an hour earlier and dedicate 60 minutes to ourselves to be able to live a profound change.
The morning routine in 6 habits
Here are the six habits that the author of The Miracle morning proposes to integrate into our morning routine. After drinking some water, put on comfortable sports clothing and leave the house - you are ready to start.
1. Silence
In our hectic daily pace there seems to be no room for silence. Very often, we even avoid it at all costs, hiding it with the radio or television because we consider it boring or problematic. Yet silence offers us a corner of peace and self-knowledge that we need.
So start the morning with a few minutes of silence that has a purpose. For example, you could take advantage of it to take conscious and deep breaths, to meditate or simply to remember and appreciate all that is good in your life.
2. Affirmations are part of the morning routine
Our thoughts (those of which we are aware and those that we formulate unconsciously) are articulated with language. And the latter is one of the most valuable tools at our disposal to generate a change in our mental patterns.
For this reason, the next morning activity should consist of repeating profound and meaningful affirmations that bring you closer to the version of yourself that you have in mind.
Write them in the present, with positive value and in the first person. They can indicate any aspect of your life you want to improve.
For example: "all my social relationships are healthy and balanced", "I am a self-confident person", "I am happy and satisfied with the work I do". By dint of repeating them, your unconscious will register the messages and begin to act in harmony with them.
3. Visualization
Creative visualization is a technique that helps us focus on what we want and how we might achieve it. For this purpose, take a few minutes each morning to visualize yourself in situations you would like to experience.
Imagine living the experience firsthand, using all your senses to immerse yourself in the scene. Experimenting with your mind will put you on the right path towards achieving what you visualize.
4. Morning exercise to get active
Starting the day doing sports offers several benefits. It improves our health, our self-esteem and fills us with positive energies that last all day.
You can choose to do physical activity in the way you prefer: it will take you a few minutes a day.
5. Reading
We all have a book that we would like to read but for which we never have time, or a subject we would like to know more about and on which to be more prepared, but which we always postpone and which takes a back seat to other duties.
Here is the right time. Take some time in the morning to catch up with the pending readings.
6. Writing
Writing makes us get in touch with ourselves, with our emotions, with our desires and with our fears. It gives us a new perspective and clarifies. Here's why you should try to take time to write each morning.
You may want to make a note of your major successes, progress made, or experiences from the previous day. Or you could use it as a means of expressing gratitude and optimism by writing down pleasant facts that have happened to you or that you hope will happen.
Personalize your morning routine
You may want to adapt the ideas just described to your needs so that they reflect your personality. You choose the order in which to implement them and the time to devote to each.
At the same time, you may choose how to take advantage of the silence or what to write in the journal every day. Just make sure you are consistent and follow all the points.
