Premise
The following indications are for informational purposes EXCLUSIVELY and are not intended to replace the opinion of professionals such as a doctor, nutritionist or dietician, whose intervention is necessary for the prescription and composition of PERSONALIZED food therapies.
Slimming diet
The weight loss diet is a "probably" restrictive caloric regimen, drawn up with a scientific and standardized, specific and subjective method, which affects people of necessarily post-pubertal age (preferably an adult).
The weight loss diet must be based on precise and measurable physical-anthropometric characteristics; it is often a low calorie diet (or more rarely a normocaloric one) obtained by means of calculations made with reference to the desirable physiological weight.
The weight loss diet is proportionally effective with the accuracy with which it is followed by the person concerned.
The slimming diet is therefore a "therapy" that must NOT be used for the achievement of aesthetic purposes, but to conquer or regain an OPTIMAL state of health; it follows that the weight loss diet must be undertaken ONLY to improve the quality of life and therefore must NEVER negatively affect the PSYCHO-PHYSICAL health of the subject.
Requirements of the weight loss diet
In short, the weight loss diet must have the following requirements:
- Specificity
- Nutritional balance or temporary and / or controlled imbalance
- Healthiness
... and again:
- MUST meet all macro- and micro-nutritional needs
- IT MUST be educational
- SHOULD reduce a maximum of 30% of the calories necessary to maintain the desired physiological weight, in order to promote a weight loss of between 2.5 and 3.0kg every 4 weeks
- MUST take into consideration the habits and preferences of the subject
- MUST respect the health (or clinical) condition of the subject
- MUST respect the special physiological conditions (pregnancy, breastfeeding, climacteric syndrome or related symptoms, etc.)
- MUST respect the psychological / psychiatric condition of the subject (and any pathologies)
- MUST be monitored and updated periodically.
NB. The design system of the slimming diet, intended as food therapy, respects 100% the recommendations and academic-traditional dietary / dietary-therapy guidelines, suitably updated and in line with contemporary scientific research.
Useful supplements
The supplements useful for the weight loss diet should NOT have reason to exist, since a well-structured regimen (except for certain clinical cases) provides ALL the nutrients in the right quantities.
Sometimes, in subjects who are reluctant to consume good portions of vegetables, it may be useful to recommend the use of dietary fiber supplements.
Additionally, some individuals claim to find benefits in using thermogenic supplements; these, in theory, should facilitate the lipolysis of the adipose tissue favoring weight loss. On the other hand, the studies on this are contradictory. The most used molecules are: caffeine, synephrine etc; the most highly rated are not legal in your country as they contain substances considered harmful to health, such as ephedrine.

- Waiter, run in the aerobic band 3 times a week for 50 '. He drinks 1 glass of wine per meal.
