Preparation
- Collect the almonds in the container of a pressure blender: blend intermittently until a doughy mixture is obtained.
- Peel the ripe bananas, cut them into slices and add them to the chopped almonds. Add the unsweetened cocoa and blend again to obtain a creamy mixture.
- Pour the cream into a bowl and mix with the hazelnut-flavored whey protein.
