Ingredients
- 100 g of hazelnuts
- 30 ml of corn oil
- Cocoa taste: 60 g of whey protein
- 6 g of bitter cocoa
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 130 ml of almond milk
- 5 g of stevia

Preparation
- To prepare the protein cream, collect the hazelnuts in a powerful blender, combine the seed oil and blend until you have a lump-free cream.
- Pour the almond milk into a saucepan and bring to the boil: add the stevia, bitter cocoa and cocoa-flavored protein powder. Add the dark chocolate chopped into thin pieces and continue stirring until melted.
- Add the chopped hazelnut cream and mix everything together to form a creamy mixture.
- Collect the hazelnut spread in a jar: keep in the fridge for 7-10 days.
