Sorbet, here's how to prepare it at home with or without ice cream maker, simply using your own freezer and a blender or kitchen mixer. Those who have an ice cream maker will have to operate it for about 30 minutes to obtain the sorbet, or they will have to follow the specific program of the appliance.
Those who do not have an ice cream maker available can use one metal bowl in which to pour the ingredients for the sorbet, after having blended them in a kitchen mixer. It will be necessary to stir the contents of the bowl from time to time, until the sorbet has reached the desired consistency. The amount of brown sugar indicated in the recipes can be modified at will according to your tastes.
