The ingredients I'm:
> half a kilo of sweet and ripe watermelon pulp
> 100 grams of whole cane sugar
> The juice of half a lemon
Preparation: remove the watermelon seeds and blend the pulp, together with the sugar and lemon juice. Pour into popsicle molds and store in the freezer for at least four to five hours. In fact, sugar can also be omitted; the popsicle will be lighter and still very pleasant.
Watermelon and feta salad
The watermelon and feta salad it is a very summery recipe, a perfect solution, for example, when you come home from the sea and you want a refreshing and light dinner.
Ingredients for four people:
> 800 grams of watermelon pulp
> 200 grams of feta
> A few fresh mint leaves
> A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

> Pepe
Preparation: the procedure is very simple: just put the watermelon with the feta in a large bowl, all cut into cubes, and season with oil, mint, salt and pepper.
Watermelon salad with rocket
