Don't let anyone or anything take away your smile. Let yourself go, live, have fun, because life lasts a little more than a flash for the lucky ones, and you choose how to live it.. Free yourself from the chains that keep you tied to your fears, get rid of the uncertainty that makes you frown, and venture out to live your way.
Take off your shoes to feel the wet grass under your feet, notice how the leaves tremble between your toes and feel the wind. Get upside down if you want to touch the sky with your feet. Do whatever you want as long as it makes you happy, so you can make that beautiful smile that gives you so much shine. Do things your way, because that's how you are and by now you already know that happiness is not to be sought, but that you stumble upon it without wanting to, while you are distracted.
Remember that you only live once and that it is good not to make it in vain. Is there a better investment in your most precious asset, time? Eliminate the influence that the thoughts and rumors of others have on you: their name is envy and they represent a means to make you feel bad.
I am me when I smile, as I am when I am sad. Both emotions are part of me and both describe me at certain moments. I will never deny either of them because it would be the first step to disown a part of me and stop feeding my self-love.
Wear your best smile and share it with everyone
Share your smile with everyone because it is always very meaningful. A smile makes both those who receive it and those who exhibit it feel good. Being generous with smiles takes no effort. Think that a smile can last a second, but often the memory it leaves behind is eternal.
The smile is that curve that softens our face and illuminates our gaze. But only real smiles can do this, not those behind which suffering is hidden. If you hide what you feel and disguise it as "politically correct" to be visible to others, you will take away from it.
“Not even a happy life can be happy without darkness. The word "happy" would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness ".
(Carl Gustaf Jung)
You have a right to be sad, just as you have a right to be happy; both events deserve the same freedom of expression. Don't be ashamed if you don't go at the same pace as those around you: you are you and what you feel is worth as much as what others feel. You will not do a wrong thing if you express yourself, if you smile, if you show the world your most beautiful look and your authenticity.
“Emotions are experienced, felt, recognized, but only a part of them can be expressed in words and concepts”.
(Laura Esquivell)
Live life with a smile
Life must be lived at full volume, laughing out loud, screaming and biting. Life should be savored with all five senses. You have to enjoy every second of the present without being tormented by the past, which is now behind your back and you can no longer do anything to change it.
Remember that the present is in your hands and escapes in every second spent thinking about negative things. The gray days must necessarily come, but the good ones have to go out and look for them and, if you smile, it will be easier to find them.
Several studies have shown that if you live situations with a good mood and if you smile, your emotional well-being will increase. The smile, and even more laughter, stimulates the release of dopamine, serotonin and endorphins in the brain, making us feel better. Furthermore, smiling reduces the cortisol level caused by the stress present in the body. So, what are you waiting for to smile today?
