“Every morning I wake up with an explosion. It's as if someone injected me with the feeling of being alive, of being a living doll on an adventure. "

Tips for waking up in a good mood
The morning mood is a difficult problem to solve, as well as being a factor that can affect us a lot. However, we can try to deal with it in the best possible way by establishing a routine of good habits.
- The alarm clock is a fundamental element. There is everything: those who tip it two hours earlier, those who put it under the pillow, those who postpone it every… It's the little alarm clock routine, but very often we forget that this object has a very specific function. A good idea for its use to make sense and stop irritating us by repeating that annoying sound over and over is to position the alarm away from the bed, so as to force us to get up to turn it off.
- Blink several times. If you are one of those people who have a hard time opening their eyes in the morning, an effective trick is to blink quickly.
- Prepare everything before going to sleep. If you have a hard time getting up and it puts you in a bad mood having to prepare everything when you are half asleep, a good idea is to leave everything ready before going to bed. This way you will avoid running and, in addition, you will have fewer thoughts on your mind when you wake up.
- Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you can't leave the house without having it. It is proven that when we have a proper breakfast, eat enough and take the right time, our day is much more productive than when we don't.
- Remember the good things of the day before and enhance the feeling of well-being. If we pour coffee on ourselves, the alarm does not go off, we arrive late for work or other unforeseen events that run the risk of ruining our day, it may be a good idea to remember what made us feel good a few hours before and focus on that. positive feeling so as not to let ourselves be invaded by negativity.
"Positive thoughts affect everything you do, their vibrations reach everything around you."
-Norman Vincent Peale-
Causes of morning moodiness
We know that morning moodiness does not have a single cause and that it affects both men and women. Moreover, those who often suffer from it are not the only ones to do so, because it is easy for it to be a common problem even to those around them. Some of the main causes of morning moodiness are:
- Lack of sleep. Sleeping is a fundamental human need, because it allows him to rest. When we don't sleep enough, that is to say at least seven hours a day, our body suffers and, consequently, our mood too. Very often this lack of sleep is also caused by our working hours.
- The character of a person. Some studies have tried to depict this fact using the metaphor of the owl and the lark: there are people who are much more productive during the last hours of the day than when they just got up and vice versa.
- The excess of worries. The greater the responsibilities a person takes on, the greater their number of concerns. This tends to negatively affect the sleep cycle and, very often, does not allow us to rest properly.
“If living is beautiful, it is more beautiful to dream. And most beautiful of all is waking up. "
-Antonio Machado-
