when I say nothing can get worse, it's just a question, not a challenge. You have a great ability to complicate my existence, I must admit.
Anyway, thank you, your firmness has taught me not to give up. Thanks to you, I was able to prove to myself how strong I am. I never learned as much as I did during adverse situations. The more I suffered, the more afraid I was, the weaker I thought I was, the stronger I became.
There seem to be times when everything flips and turns against you. This destroys you and you hear cries of pain deep within. After that, it's hard to pull yourself together when the world has thrown you down, when you feel lonely, or when you believe nothing can get worse.
The story of the two frogs, an example of resistance
One day two frogs fell into a bowl full of cream and felt themselves sinking. It was difficult to swim or float in that thick mass like quicksand.
At first, the two frogs scrabbled in the cream to reach the edge of the bowl, but they just stirred in the same place and sink. It was becoming increasingly difficult to rise to the surface and breathe. One of them said aloud:
-I can not handle it anymore. It is impossible to get out and, since I am going to die, there is no point in prolonging this pain. There is no point in dying exhausted from a useless effort.
Said this, she stopped scurrying and drowned quickly, literally swallowed by the thick white liquid. The other frog, more resistant, or perhaps more stubborn, said to himself:
–It is very difficult to advance in this cream, but I'll keep trying, to see if I can find my way out. I will not give up, I will fight until the last breath, as long as necessary and as long as I can bear it.
And he continued to scamper and wriggle always in the same place, without advancing an inch. Hours and hours. And, suddenly, after so much frolicking and fidgeting ... her cream turned to butter.
The surprised frog leapt and slipped to the edge of the bowl; from there, he happily returned home.
Never give up. There is always a chance to come to the surface even when we think it's impossible and don't take this option into consideration. Adverse situations, in fact, surprise us for their ability to make us see things in a different perspective.

Don't give up, you still have time to start again, to bury your fears, to free your common sense, to take off again. Don't give up because this is life. Continue the journey, chase your dreams, melt time, remove the rubble and uncover the sky.

recover the smile, try a song, let your guard down and stretch out your hands, spread your wings and try again.
