Every day we focus on our daily duties, on our movements, on breathing and little more, and we do not realize that we are losing the ability to dream, to hope, to enjoy every moment. Life is not just routine, it is not sleeping, eating and working, it is more, indeed it is much more.

We make a distinction between our moments of leisure and our working times, but life is everything, we cannot limit it or reduce it to a few days of vacation. All the time we live is life. If you are not enjoying every second, then you are missing out on a lot.

Learn to dream

Life is more, it is dreaming in every moment to get closer to what we have wanted since we were children. Do you remember what you dreamed of as children? Think about what you wanted, what filled you with hope… Maybe you dreamed of becoming airplane pilots, painters, writers. What prevented you from making your dreams come true?

We often stop dreaming to fulfill the dreams or desires of others, to follow a lifestyle that is not ours, and we abandon what we yearn with all our hearts. You have to start dreaming again, you have to remember what makes your heart beat strongly, what makes you smile.

Enjoy every moment

It often happens that we find ourselves with other people and we get distracted thinking about our worries, thus losing many things: how our carers look at us, what they tell us, what their smell is, the taste of the drinks we are sharing, the color of the sky , etc.


Put away your mobile phone and your worries and listen, feel life in its immense fullness and beauty, with all its smells, its colors, its people. Always smile, even if you are down in the dumps: that smile will comfort you.

Life is action

Life is action, it is not sitting at home waiting for things to happen, it is movement, is to do everything possible to fight for our dreams and desires. It doesn't matter if we lose and fail: we will always gain a new lesson.

If you want to paint pictures, do it, go to a painting course, meet painters, visit museums and exhibitions, do everything possible to make the most of your talent. Think about what you are passionate about, what you are good at and take action.

Life is feeling

Life is feeling, it is crying, it is laughing, it is hugging, it is caressing, it is letting feelings envelop us, it is allowing them to escape.. They have accustomed us to hiding our feelings, to appear impassive when in reality we would like to cry, to limit our demonstrations of affection. It's time to learn how rewarding it is to let our feelings flow.


Do you have the courage to embrace? To kiss? What is stopping you? There is nothing better than giving out hugs and kisses, than holding someone tightly to our body, so as not to let fear or sadness or loneliness pass.

Life is not being afraid

Life is overcoming the fear of living, of changing, to fall in love so as not to suffer, to change jobs, to talk and disappoint others.

Overcome your fears, think that most of the things that scare you have never happened and never will and, if something happens, you will face it with all your courage. Enjoy the here and now, savor what you are feeling right now and all the beautiful things around you.


Wake up every day with a smile, draw that beautiful curve that shows cheerfulness on your mouth, show that you are not afraid, that you have learned to control fear and to exploit it. Show life that you really want to live it.
