Many times we are convinced of the "how unfortunate I am" and we don't get rid of it. We get lost in a glass of water. Any small mishap seems to us a tragedy and in the end we even bore the others.
We only talk about our problems and focus all our attention on them, not to overcome them, but to create a kind of addictive masochism. We cannot disconnect from the black hole we have inside us.
For this reason, it wouldn't hurt to think a little bit about what it really matters in life and whether or not we are as unfortunate as we think. Why don't we take a little test and see if we have as much bad luck as we think?
"It is more important to feel lucky than to be"
There are people who with little things are able to feel blessed and grateful for life. However, other people have everything, but they always complain. For this reason, it must change our attitude if we are part of this last group.
Because it is not worth hearing that we are the most unfortunate on the planet earth. In this way, the only thing we do is hurt ourselves and be unhappy and for what? Why do this if it's not true, if it's all in our heads?
For this reason, we should check many things before uttering the fateful phrase "How unlucky I am!". Ask yourself the following questions:
1. Did you run out of food yesterday?
2.Do you have access to medical care?
3. Do you have a bed to sleep on and a roof to live under?
4. Do you live in a country, city or country where you feel protected?
5. Do you have at least one person who can give you a hug, a kiss, or a word of comfort?
6. Are you in good health today?
7. Do you have enough money to survive?
8. If something happens to you, such as getting sick, would you have someone in your home you can rely on? A family member or neighbor, for example.
9. Can you listen to music or read a book?
