Falsehood and hypocrisy are so slippery that we often find them in the corner where we least expected to see them. Usually the hope that someone is what we believe makes us calm, but instead we should be at attention.
The truth is that people with ulterior motives abound and it is often difficult for us to open our eyes. This happens because we don't want to believe that someone we consider so indispensable in our life is not being sincere.
False or interested people are those who want everything and who, when you ask them for explanations, get irritated and try to avoid confrontation.
Give your absence to those who do not value you
Sometimes we waste our time insisting on seeing someone who does nothing to meet us and forcing situations that we believe necessary. We usually fall into the error of looking without allowing them to look for us, which in the end results in mistreatment of our dignity.
When we realize it, something breaks inside us and we are flooded with a wave of disappointment, fear and sadness. At that moment we realize that we cannot wait for those who do not want to be waited for.
A tough process of protection then begins which requires us to fill our lives with understanding and to forbid entry to all people who have hurt us and behaved in an interested manner.
Surround yourself with people you like and make you happy
Commit yourself to carrying on the values ​​that are fundamental to you, enjoy sensitivity, kindness, respect, humility, trust, faith, gratitude, wisdom, sincerity, love, friendship and affection.
Keep the best reality you know close to you, get rid of what is vile and cruel and beware of toxic people, look for your oxygen, count to three and breathe. Feel the puffs of psychological air and say hello to your emotions.
Surround yourself with people who make you feel that the world is a place worth living in and that your shell is with you only to protect you during rainy days. Reject all those who make you feel despised and who don't give you a moment unless you ask them to.
