Possession and fear are contrary to the act of loving. To fully experience this feeling, it is necessary to learn to let go, to let go, to free ourselves from what does not belong to us, which is not ours. Everything we love has the characteristic of being free, therefore ephemeral and variable.
When we love, we struggle to let go of what we cling to. Suddenly, we find ourselves in an addictive situation that we have fed ourselves without even realizing it.
Have you ever been afraid that a love story would end? Probably yes, and such a situation creates malaise and suffering. We start relationships with a lot of enthusiasm and hope, at first everything seems perfect and eternal. The reality, however, is quite different, because everything that begins can also end, change or transform.
We delude ourselves that there are permanent things and, therefore, we behave and act as if they were. In this way, we deceive ourselves into telling ourselves that there will always be certain feelings, people who will never change and situations that will remain as we wish. All this is part of the story that we like to tell ourselves so as not to face reality.
