An Indian legend offers us the opportunity to reflect on our decision-making power.

An Indian elder told his grandson: “I feel like there are two wolves fighting in my heart. One of the two is an angry, violent and vengeful wolf. The other is full of love and compassion. "
The grandson asked: "Grandfather, tell me: which of the two will win the battle in your heart?"
The grandfather replied: "What I feed."

Today we know that an enormous amount of diseases (depression, anxiety, phobias) and an infinite number of conflicts (work, family, personal) they are not caused by what happens to us, but by the monologue we send to our selves day after day. If our thoughts and decisions are fueled by pessimism and mistrust, if we do not stop criticizing and judging others and ourselves and perceive flaws and errors, then we will feel terribly frustrated.

Our way of thinking and deciding causes similar feelings and attitudes in those around us. Our challenge in life must consist in deciding which attitude to take in order not to get sick, to relate to others, to live. If we decide to dress with passion, happiness, optimism, ambitions, we can only benefit from them. Otherwise, all the people around us will turn away from us for a more intense and productive life.

Without a doubt, human tragedy is having to choose every day of life and having to give up everything that is not chosen. We are always faced with two equally interesting alternatives when choosing, but we can decide to change our values, be masters of our mood every moment and above all reflect on our existence. Based on our decisions and our positive attitude, our life will depend
